Requirements:

• Attend the Celebrity Judging event to vie for a page in the 2013 calendar on Friday, May 11, 2012
• Attend introductory meeting to learn about the CFC, our mission and policies and procedures
• Sell a minimum of one box of calendars (60-80)
• Attend 75% of the CFC events including autograph signings
• Participate in one or more photo shoots for the group shot, calendar month or cover in which you will be featured
• Be on time for all events, photo shoots and media junkets
• Be available for CFC for 15 months
• Conduct yourself in the upmost professional manner and be held accountable for actions during events
