Interview: Tommy Bosco, Mr. May 2017

Please get to know Mr. May a little bit more with our interview of Lieutenant Tommy Bosco with the Denver Fire Department. He has been a firefighter for twenty years with Denver Fire. He became a firefighter because he likes the brotherhood, the ever changing calls, and to be a productive member of society.

When asked if he had a hero in his life, Tommy mentioned that he does not have one single hero, however, all of the members of the military hold a special place in his heart because they continually fight for our freedom. Appropriate for his month of May to include the Memorial Day holiday!

Tommy’s most special memory about being involved in the Colorado Firefighter Calendar was listening to and meeting some of the kids and their families that our hard work helps in their time of need.

It is no surprise that Tommy continually stays in shape throughout the year because he is a personal trainer on his days off and practices what he preaches. Eat clean and train hard–  fitness is his church!

His on thing he would take with him on a deserted island for survival would be his bunker gear. It would protect him from the elements, hold water, etc.

Colorado Firefighter Calendar applauds Tommy for his dedication to his job and to raising funds for the Burn Center and Burn Camp Programs at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

The Colorado Firefighter Calendar is a group effort and without the help and support of hundreds of great people it would not be possible.
